In Castle Hill, beautiful Heritage Park opens a new and improved Playground for everyone.

Mayor of The Hills Shire, Dr Michelle Byrne visited the family-friendly facility with her two-year-old daughters, Maddison and Alexis. The girls trialled the equipment -- making sure it was in tip-top shape. Mayor Byrne: “Heritage Park has been redesigned for true adventure, while paying homage to our early colonial history,

Mayor Byrne took it all in:  “There’s a large nest swing, a hill slide, bespoke sandstone stepping stones, timber balance beams, a water pump for water play and a fantastic play unit, which makes the improved park dynamic, physically challenging and more importantly – it fosters creative play. We’ve also made sure there are toddler and baby swings available after listening to feedback from residents who said mixed swing seating was a priority."

Now, if you have yet to visit Heritage Park, this is our take on it when we visited last summer. Beautiful Heritage Park in Castle Hill

Beautiful and picturesque — and hidden within a residential neighborhood.  Heritage Park is great for picnicking, walking and being out in nature.
